Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge for Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being a pastor, is also committed to educating the next generation. He sits part of the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
